Finding Articles on Ecology from Refereed Journals
- 1) Identify Scholarly Articles in a Library Research Database like Academic Search Elite
- Access Academic Search Elite database (linked from http://library.csustan.edu/stockton/).
- Under "Limit your results", select "Scholarly (Peer Reviewed) Journals"

- At Find It! screen:
- If present, click Full-text available to retrieve article.
- Click Library Catalog to see if print is available in Turlock.
- If desired journal title and volume is available, submit Request for Items in Turlock form.
- If available on shelf in Turlock, journal should be in Stockton in 1-2 business days.
- At Find It! screen:
- 4) If not available online or in Turlock, choose another title or look at other local libraries.
- For UOP Library, search Pacificat for title of journal.
