(3)  The Impeachment of President Bill Clinton
 

Since the impeachment of President Clinton is in progress, the resources needed are mostly in newspapers, news-weeklies, political review, and the Internet. Very little is found in books or in scholarly journals at this point. It is simply too soon. But there is much on the Internet and that source will continue to grow in importance in its coverage of  impeachment activity.
